About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide strategic financial leadership and oversee the organization's financial operations. The CFO will be responsible for developing and executing financial strategies that align with the company's objectives, providing guidance on investments, capital structure, and long-term financial planning. This role also involves monitoring financial performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing resource allocation to support the achievement of organizational goals. Key responsibilities for the CFO include leading, mentoring, and developing finance and accounting teams, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration, and partnering with executive leadership to shape the company's strategy and growth. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA preferred, and extensive experience in senior financial leadership roles. Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and decision-making skills are essential, as are excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. While not mandatory, certifications such as a CPA or CFA designation and executive management or financial leadership certifications are also desirable. The CFO will be expected to manage financial risks, ensure proper internal controls, and support audits, all while maintaining a focus on the company's financial health and governance practices.
