Executive Assistant to the Owner. Hybrid, flexible hours, Northborough. Dr. Novikov Wellness and Skin Care is a physician-owned practice founded in 2015. We run an office dermatology and skin cancer practice in Northborough and a wound care service covering about 38 nursing facilities across Massachusetts, with a small team of physician assistants, sales representatives, office staff, and remote assistants. Dr. Novikov needs an experienced executive assistant to run his calendar, his correspondence, and the follow-through on everything in between. How the job is structured Thursdays in our Northborough office, about 10 hours. Fixed. It is our office day, and you keep the office running alongside your own work. Everything else is flexible. Set your remaining hours around your life and work them from home. Roughly 20 to 30 hours a week in total to start. Path to full-time in 2027 as the practice grows, if you want it. What you will own Dr. Novikov's calendar, inbox triage, and daily priorities Correspondence with nursing facilities, vendors, our accountant, attorneys, and insurers, drafted in his voice and sent on time The weekly leadership meeting: agenda, notes, action items, follow-up Hiring and onboarding paperwork with our HR consultant; licensing, credentialing, and contract deadlines Thursday office operations: patients, phones, supplies, mail The projects that keep slipping because nobody owns them Who we are looking for 3+ years as an executive assistant or senior administrative assistant supporting an owner, executive, or physician At least one previous job held for 2 or more years. Hard requirement. We check. You live within about 30 minutes of Northborough (MetroWest / Worcester County). Hybrid, not remote. Strong writer. You can turn a two-line instruction into a finished email.
