Join our growing home care team in Bethlehem as a Client Care Coordinator. We are looking for an organized, dependable, and compassionate individual who can support caregivers while ensuring our clients receive quality care and reliable service.

Locations:Upper Black Eddy,Bath,EAston

Pay & Benefits

Responsibilities
-Interview, and onboard caregivers
-Coordinate caregiver schedules and client assignments
-Manage call-offs, shift coverage, and daily staffing needs
-Maintain communication with caregivers, clients, and office staff
-Ensure employee records and documentation remain compliant
-Support caregiver retention and overall team operations

Qualifications
-Previous staffing, scheduling, administrative, or healthcare experience preferred
-Strong communication and organizational skills
-Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
-Professional, compassionate, and team-oriented attitude
-Basic computer and scheduling system knowledge preferred
