Cardiac Rhythm Management Clinical Specialist - Nashville, TN

Medtronic seeks a Clinical Specialist to provide technical, educational, and operational support for cardiac rhythm management devices in the Nashville territory. The role involves extensive travel to customer accounts, device troubleshooting, staff education, and collaboration with sales leadership to meet clinical and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for CRM devices including system checks, interrogations, and implant support
• Coordinate operational activities including patient documentation, inventory management, and equipment maintenance
• Educate physicians, hospital staff, and field team members on CRM products and therapies
• Travel extensively within assigned territory to support customer clinics and hospitals, approximately 80% of time
• Identify customer opportunities and provide feedback to support sales objectives and market competitiveness

Requirements

• High school diploma plus 6+ years healthcare/field sales experience, or associate's degree plus 4+ years, or bachelor's degree plus 2+ years
• Valid driver's license, active auto insurance, and driving record meeting company standards
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs frequently and work in clinical environments with radiation exposure
• Knowledge of cardiac rhythm management devices and medical device industry
• Bachelor's degree in nursing, life sciences, or biomedical engineering (preferred)
• 2+ years cath lab, EP lab, or hospital cardiology experience (preferred)
