Monday - Friday
First Shift, 8am - 5pm
After 6 months you can HYBRID!
DIRECT HIRE ROLE!!!

Duties:

Customer Support responds to inquiries regarding orders, pricing, and product specifications via phone, email, and chat.
Issue Resolution resolves customer concerns professionally and tracks open items like quotes and payments to completion.
Proactive Communication updates clients regarding order status, delays, and shipment tracking information.
Data Integrity maintains accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and account details.
Internal Collaboration partners with technical departments, supply chain, and other internal teams to resolve complex inquiries.
