About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Active RN License required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS required Must-Have: - Level I Trauma experience preferred - Epic charting system experience required - First-time travelers not accepted Description: Schedule requirements include shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM. Candidates may be required to work weekends and holidays as needed. Floating to other units may be necessary. Candidates must be able to care for COVID patients. This is a tobacco and fragrance-free facility. The position requires a clinical pre-screen to determine fit before manager review. Candidates must possess the ability to manage a patient ratio of 5:1. The role involves handling emergency situations including drug overdoses, trauma, and respiratory issues. Charting system experience with Epic is heavily preferred. Candidates must have strong skills in managing patient care, including those with multisystem organ dysfunction. Successful candidates will participate in a clinical screen on a case-by-case basis. Weekend and holiday shifts are required as necessary. Candidates should be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment. All required vaccinations must be completed.
