To expand the mission and reach, we formed The Creative Kindness Foundation , a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that manages and runs Cards for Kindness and other creative craft-related initiatives. As the Creative Kindness Supervisor, you will lead and develop a warehouse team dedicated to the successful logistics of receiving, processing, and distributing Creative Kindness initiatives, while proactively building and strengthening relationships with partner organizations to further the mission of spreading kindness through handmade cards. As a Creative Kindness Supervisor, you will: Lead, manage, develop, train, and hold accountable Creative Kindness colleagues ensuring a high-functioning, healthy team within the Creative Kindness processing center. Proactively utilize Daily Standard Work and anticipate needs in the Creative Kindness processing center and take action independently to ensure priorities are accomplished. Lead daily huddles to communicate priorities and ensure the team performs at a high level of accuracy, speed, and efficiency regarding receiving, sorting, and distributing. Train and remain diligently involved in all Creative Kindness processing center functions to ensure team members feel supported and tasks are successfully executed. Manage administrative functions for colleagues, such as scheduling, timecards, and attendance. Oversee, execute, and coordinate all logistics, processes, and maintenance of the physical space related to the collection and disbursement of Creative Kindness initiatives. Proactively seek, secure and maintain relationships with partner organizations that align with company goals and values to manage the increasing volume of incoming cards. Proficiently input volunteer and donor information into DonorDock, track scorecard measurables, and maintain process documentation. Proactively facilitate the outgoing partner organization's orders by managing shipments, tracking, and coordinating follow-up orders. Adhere to all applicable laws, safety programs, and company policies while modeling the company's core values at the highest level. Take on other tasks as assigned. You have the following Core Competencies: Leadership and Development: Demonstrates a genuine care for people and actively helps others develop their strengths while consistently exemplifying the Scrapbook.com core values. Minimum of 1–3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience required. Warehouse Operations: Experience working in a warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, logistics, manufacturing, or other fast-paced operational environment preferred. Comfortable leading a team in a hands-on environment where receiving, sorting, organizing, and shipping are daily responsibilities. Relationship Building and Outreach: Confident and professional when communicating with current and prospective partner organizations. Comfortable making phone calls, conducting outreach, building relationships, and representing the Creative Kindness mission to external partners. Technical Skills: Proficient with digital tools and systems used to manage operations, track data, communicate effectively, and support reporting. Experience with Google Suite, donor management, CRM, and timecard systems is a plus. Organization and Execution: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities, manage competing deadlines, and ensure consistent follow-through. Communication: Communicates openly, directly, clearly, and kindly with team members, volunteers, donors, and partner organizations. Able to lead meetings, provide feedback, and address challenges professionally. Adaptability: Demonstrates flexibility and a positive attitude when priorities, procedures, or business needs change. Willing to learn new systems and continuously improve processes. Non-Profit/Volunteer Experience: Prior familiarity with the non-profit sector, mission-driven organizations, or volunteer coordination is preferred but not mandatory. Physical Requirements: This position works primarily in a warehouse and processing center environment. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, regularly lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds, push and pull carts, bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive motions. Must be able to safely perform the physical duties required to receive, sort, organize, and distribute Creative Kindness materials throughout the workday.
