Responsibilities Pflege und Weiterentwicklung einer markenübergreifenden visuellen Identität (inkl. Designsysteme, Templates und Guidelines) über alle Kanäle Sicherstellung eines einheitlichen Qualitätsniveaus in allen Medien Konzeption, Gestaltung und Umsetzung von Online- und Printmedien Eigenständige Planung, Organisation und Abwicklung von Medienprojekten – von der ersten Idee bis zur finalen Umsetzung Koordination und Abstimmung mit internen Teams, externen Partnern und Druckereien Entwicklung von Materialien für Messen und Events Aktive Mitwirkung an der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Marketingkampagnen, einschließlich Gestaltung und Adaption der visuellen Materialien Qualifications Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Art Direction bzw. als Senior Grafikdesigner (m/w/d) – idealerweise mit Marken- und Kampagnenverantwortung Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) Fundierte Erfahrung in Corporate Design, Printproduktion und Zusammenarbeit mit Druckereien Kreatives Gespür für Layout, Typografie und Farbgestaltung sowie ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein zur Sicherung einheitlicher Standards über alle Marken Strukturierte, genaue Arbeitsweise, Ownership-Mentalität und Freude an Teamarbeit Hohe digitale Affinität und Innovationsfreude Benefits Eine spannende berufliche Perspektive und einen sicheren Arbeitsplatz Eine umfangreiche Einarbeitung Ein professionelles Team Vielseitige Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten Eine attraktive Vergütung und weitere Leistungen Umfassende Angebote im Rahmen des Betrieblichen Gesundheitsmanagements (z.
