Description of the Role: As an Automotive Service Advisor at Colonial Chevrolet of Acton, you will be the primary point of contact for customers who require maintenance or repairs on their vehicles. Your main responsibilities will involve assessing the customers' needs, providing accurate estimates, and coordinating the service schedule to ensure timely completion.
