Service Advisor Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $16.90 and $16.90. The position may also pay commission compensation.
Responsibilities: Greet Service customers
Document customer concerns or the type of service needed or required
Provide information about other available services
Prepare repair orders with DMS system
Present estimate of repair costs and updates to customers with information provided by the technician.
Provide explanations to customers regarding work performed and cost of service.
Be familiar with factory warranty guidelines
Maintain high customer satisfaction objectives.
Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience as a service advisor in an auto dealership Professional appearance and work ethic Motivated self-starter Strong organizational skills Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with customers, staff, and vendors. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to maintain composure under stress. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bilingual a plus Must be 19 years or older to satisfy insurance requirements Authorized to work in the U.S
