Areas of ownership Brand Ambassador for Jacumba Hot Springs Hotel - From the welcome to the goodbye {and everything in between} you are to ensure that guests expectations are exceeded as they experience our property. Carry out hotel duties to Jacumba Hot Spring Hotels standards, including reservations, room management, guest inquiries and general admin duties. Qualifications 1+ years experience in customer service (Previous hotel experience preferred) Ability to satisfactorily communicate in verbal and written English with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding Prioritize and organize work assignments, have timely follow up and execution Have superb time management skills Ability to apply logical thinking and understanding to carry out written and oral instructions Ability to address and solve problems involving guest and operational issues Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed Possess the physical and mental stamina to work for extended periods of time Sit, walk, and stand continuously Lift / carry up to 25lbs Pay: $18 - $20/hr Benefits: Health Insurance (30+/hrs/wkly) Holiday Pay We Are Human Kind is an equal opportunity employer.
