Job Responsibilities Oversees end-to-end program planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management to support PMS-408 missions (CREW, JEOD, UWEOD, ATA, ExMed). Leads cross-functional integration across engineering, logistics, acquisition, testing, and contractor teams while ensuring compliance with DoD policies. Serves as the primary liaison to Government leadership, providing strategic updates, decision support, and oversight of program execution and deliverables.
