Headquartered in Pompano Beach, we’re seeking a CRM Manager who understands the importance of member communications. This role is ideal for a hands-on operator who can manage email and SMS campaign execution, and CRM data. POSITION OVERVIEW Do you have experience managing CRM campaigns, maintaining clean customer data, and ensuring email and SMS communications are executed flawlessly? Amped Fitness is seeking a CRM Manager to oversee the day-to-day execution of all CRM-driven communications across the company. You will manage campaign production, list segmentation, tagging accuracy, and data hygiene while supporting the broader marketing team with reliable operational execution. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational discipline, and the ability to work inside CRM and email platforms daily. You will collaborate closely with brand, paid media, and technology teams to ensure campaigns launch smoothly and member data remains accurate and actionable. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Execute all day-to-day CRM communications including email and SMS campaigns for presale and existing gym marketing initiatives. Build, schedule, QA, and deploy campaigns across CRM and messaging platforms. Maintain accurate member and lead tagging inside CRM systems to support segmentation, paid media audiences, and reporting. Manage list hygiene including bounce handling, unsubscribe management, duplicate cleanup, suppression lists, and ongoing data quality checks. Perform campaign QA including test sends, link validation, dynamic content review, and segmentation verification. Support brand and paid media teams by building audience segments, pulling lists, and preparing campaign data. Monitor compliance standards related to email and SMS communication including CAN-SPAM and TCPA best practices. Partner with internal technology leadership by flagging system issues and executing within established CRM infrastructure and workflows. QUALIFICATIONS 3–5 years of hands-on CRM, email marketing, or SMS campaign execution experience. Experience working inside membership, subscription, or customer lifecycle CRM systems. Familiarity with platforms such as Klaviyo, Iterable, Customer.io, Attentive, or similar tools. Experience managing segmentation, tagging structures, and list hygiene at scale. Comfortable editing HTML/CSS for email templates and troubleshooting rendering issues. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple campaign deadlines. Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fast-moving team environment. Experience with ABC Ignite or comparable fitness CRM systems is a strong plus. WHY JOIN US?
