Job Overview The Senior Manager, Strategy plays a key role in supporting and driving cross‑functional strategies that align with organizational goals and deliver profitable growth. In this role, you will lead analytical efforts, provide insights to inform decision‑making, and assist with developing strategic narratives for senior stakeholders. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, acting as a connector to identify opportunities and align initiatives with enterprise objectives. What You Will Do Lead research and analysis efforts to support strategic initiatives. Apply structured problem‑solving frameworks to develop actionable recommendations for business challenges. Strategic Narrative Development Create and refine presentations and documents that clearly communicate strategic recommendations to senior leaders and the board. Ensure all materials are backed by strong data and insights. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Partner with senior leaders and teams across functions to identify synergies and opportunities for alignment. Act as a connector between teams, facilitating collaboration and ensuring consistency in strategic execution. Initiative Tracking & Reporting Monitor the progress of strategic initiatives, gather feedback, and refine strategies to improve execution. Change Agent Support Support senior leaders in driving organizational change by helping to influence and align stakeholders. Mentorship & Development Mentor team members and take responsibility for the development and onboarding of new team members. Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships, and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities. Perform other duties as assigned. Skills You Will Need Strong analytical skills: conduct research, analyze data, and develop actionable insights. Effective communication: craft clear, compelling narratives and present complex ideas to diverse audiences, including executives and the board. Cross‑functional collaboration: work effectively across teams and functions to align initiatives and achieve organizational goals. Problem‑solving capabilities: apply structured methodologies to identify solutions and resolve complex challenges. Leadership skills: guide team members, support their development, and lead efforts to influence and align stakeholders. Project management proficiency: manage multiple priorities and projects with a focus on execution and timely results. Professional growth mindset: eager to develop skills and expand expertise, with opportunities to advance into future leadership roles. Who You Are Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field; MBA preferred. 3–6 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or a related field. Capable of performing essential job functions such as communication, collaboration, and use of office and computer systems.
