Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This is a position that requires special skills and/or schooling. These skills require technical training in HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, Carpentry, Metalworking and applications, Plumbing, Conveyors and Electric forklifts. Qualified candidates must possess skills in a minimum of two of these areas and must be able to read and understand schematics and possess troubleshooting skills.
