Your Role and Responsibilities

Safety & Risk Management

• Champion safety by completing daily reports and conducting comprehensive risk assessments to mitigate potential hazards.
• Develop site-specific safety plans and ensure adherence to all safety policies.
• Lead with a safety-first mindset, striving to eliminate risks across every project.

Quality Assurance

• Implement and maintain rigorous quality control plans to ensure subcontractor work meets and exceeds contract standards.
• Collaborate with project teams to drive continuous quality improvements.

Project Production

• Strategically develop and update project schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate daily activities and lead weekly meetings with subcontractors to align on goals and milestones.
• Utilize project management software to track materials, equipment, and progress.

Leadership & Development

• Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members, nurturing an environment of openness and collaboration.
• Mentor and develop project interns, engineers, and assistant superintendents, empowering them to excel.
• Lead by example with a positive, solution-focused attitude, holding the team to the highest standards.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience : High school diploma or GED with 4-5 years of relevant experience, particularly in healthcare construction.
• Certification : OSHA 30 certification is required.
• Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software, with exceptional skills in schedule management, problem-solving, and communication.
• Mindset : A "safe work or no work" ethos, committed to upholding jobsite safety standards.
• Collaboration : A team-oriented approach, valuing partnership and collective success.
