Sales Support Coordinator by | Oct 12, 2026 Sales Coordinator Location: Calabasas, CA (On-Site) Employment Type: Contract Compensation: $21–$24/hr About the Opportunity TalentoHC has partnered with a leading travel and tourism company seeking a Sales Coordinator to support their Marketing and Sales teams in managing relationships with national accounts and travel agency partners. This role sits at the intersection of marketing coordination, partner relations, and sales support — keeping national accounts engaged, ensuring the right materials get to the right people, and helping the team execute across conferences, trade shows, webinars, and ongoing partner communications. It’s a great fit for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working cross-functionally to support a high-touch sales and marketing operation. Key Responsibilities Manage partnerships and relationships with national accounts, travel agencies, and third-party partners. Work closely with the National Accounts Team to support plans that grow revenue and market share with key accounts. Maintain a log and calendar of activities and events –including conferences, trade shows, webinars, and calls to ensure proper coverage. Coordinate ordering and timely shipment of marketing collateral to support activities throughout the year. Provide content (copy, images, etc.) for and review of marketing materials including direct mail, e-blasts, and flyers. Liaise between external account contacts and internal Marketing and Sales teams to develop marketing and communication materials. Ensure accuracy and optimization of third-party marketing materials. Develop and maintain content for external account websites and online forums. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop PowerPoint presentations. Develop product and destination knowledge to support partner-facing communications. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, or 1–2 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in marketing coordination, account support, sales support, or a related role preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple activities, calendars, and deliverables simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with project management tools, CRM or contact management systems, and database software a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable liaising between internal teams and external partners. Detail-oriented with a high standard for accuracy in materials and communications. Experience in travel, hospitality, tourism, or a consumer-facing industry is a plus.
