We create opportunities for every child's potential and well-being through the Radiant Colors program, work to create a sustainable future, and in partnership with the International Fund for Animal Welfare have committed to animal conservation.The temporary Sales Administrator provides daily operational support by maintaining accurate customer, product, pricing, promotion, and broker data; preparing sales and inventory reports; coordinating customer and sales requests; and assisting with product launches, customer reviews, and commercial initiatives. The role collaborates closely with Sales, Customer Business Analytics, Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and external brokers to deliver timely, accurate, and effective sales support.Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Sales and Marketing teams, including prioritizing requests, coordinating follow-up, and completing time-sensitive tasks. Support customer business reviews, retailer presentations, line reviews, new item launches, product resets, sales meetings, and special projects. Prepare and distribute recurring monthly and ad hoc reports on sales, POS, shipments, inventory, forecasts, goals, promotions, and SKU performance. Enter and maintain product information, reviews, and related content in the Bazaar Voice system; coordinate sample requests as needed. Coordinate the annual item performance and discontinuation review process. Maintain accurate customer, broker, item, pricing, promotional, and product master data. Maintain customer promotion, product reset, new item launch, and key sales calendars. Manage sales sample inventory and coordinate sample orders, including entering requests, packing and shipping samples, and replenishing inventory for the field sales team. Coordinate requests for catalogs, product images, sell sheets, new item setups, sales history reports, presentations, plan-o-grams, and other sales materials. Facilitate field-sales requests related to product compliance, testing, documentation, customer requirements, and other day-to-day sales support needs. Coordinate new item setup and maintenance in retailer portals, 1WorldSync, EDI, and other customer systems. Monitor and manage new-account emails, ensuring timely responses, follow-up, and appropriate routing. Coordinate the sell-through of discontinued and closeout products by preparing sell sheets, identifying potential buyers, distributing samples, and supporting related sales activities. Perform other duties as assigned.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in sales operations, sales administration, customer business support, retail analytics, or a related CPG environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong organizational and project-coordination skills. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work independently. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality material.Hourly Rate Range: $27 - $30.
