Crowne Health Care of Madison is currently accepting applications for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our nursing team as a Charge Nurse / Med Cart Nurse on 3rd shift (10:45 PM–7:15 AM).

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN License
• Temporary Nursing License Accepted When Applicable
• Must Pass Background Check and Drug Screen
• Long-Term Care Experience Preferred

Essential Job Functions

Responsibilities include:

• Medication administration and electronic documentation
• Resident assessments and monitoring changes in condition
• Reporting changes to physicians and responsible parties as needed
• Ordering medications from the pharmacy
• Supervising and supporting CNA staff
• Wound care and treatments
• Collecting and processing laboratory specimens
• Providing safe, compassionate, resident-centered care
