RN Supervisor

LifeQuest Nursing Center | Quakertown, PA

Full Time or Part Time | Days, Evenings or Nights

Pay: Up to $45/hour + Shift Differentials
(based on experience)

What will I do as an RN Supervisor?

Monitor quality clinical practice and resident care service
Demonstrate financial accountability
Maintain and direct staff to accomplish staff job results
Maintain a safe and healthy working environment
Assure communication at shift changes
Demonstrate professional development

What is required as an RN Supervisor?

Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing (RN: Registered Nurse)
Current RN licensure by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing
CPR certification
Minimum of 2 years experience in long-term care or rehabilitation nursing or equivalent
Prefer previous management or supervisory experience
