Looking for a lead architect to drive enterprise modernization and technical strategy for large-scale public sector systems.

Position Overview

• Role: Software Solutions Architect

• Location: Lansing, MI (Local candidates within 90 miles required)

• Work Arrangement: Hybrid - Onsite Wednesdays & Thursdays (Mondays, Tuesdays, & Fridays remote)

Key Qualifications

Required Skills & Baseline Criteria:

• Salesforce Experience: 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce architecture, design, and implementation (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or FSL) .

• Certifications: 2 3 active Salesforce Certifications required .

• Technical Stack (5+ Years): Hands-on expertise with Java , SQL , and SOAP/REST Web Services .

• CI/CD & DevOps: Hands-on experience designing and executing CI/CD pipelines (pipeline-as-code, branching strategies, automated testing/code reviews) .

• Requirements & Design (5+ Years): Demonstrated ability translating complex business requirements into enterprise technical solution architectures.

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in CS, IT, or a related field.

Preferred Highlights:

• Salesforce Architect Certification (Application or System Architect) .

• Deep experience with Oracle SQL development & performance tuning.

• Background in large-scale enterprise modernizations or health & human services systems.
