Ihre Aufgaben Strategie & Unternehmensentwicklung Entwicklung und Umsetzung der globalen Business-Development-Strategie von BOLL & KIRCH Identifikation neuer Geschäftsfelder, Märkte und Anwendungen im industriellen Umfeld Erarbeitung belastbarer Business Cases sowie Entscheidungsgrundlagen für die Geschäftsführung Wachstum & Internationalisierung Erschließung neuer Umsatzpotenziale und nachhaltiger Wachstumsfelder Steuerung von Markteintritten und internationalen Expansionen Verantwortung für definierte Wachstums- und Umsatzziele (KPIs) Partnerschaften & Vertrieb Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung strategischer Partnerschaften und Key Accounts Verhandlung und Abschluss von Kooperationen und Verträgen auf Top-Management-Ebene M&A & strategische Initiativen Identifikation und Bewertung von Beteiligungs- und Akquisitionsmöglichkeiten Steuerung und Umsetzung strategischer Transformations- und Wachstumsprojekte Innovation & Portfolioentwicklung Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktmanagement, Vertrieb und Marketing Weiterentwicklung des Produkt- und Serviceportfolios auf Basis von Markt- und Technologietrends Führung & Steuerung Aufbau, Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Business-Development-Teams Etablierung von KPI-basierten Steuerungsinstrumenten und Reportingstrukturen Ihr Profil Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (z.B. BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar) Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Business Development, in der Strategie oder Unternehmensentwicklung – idealerweise im industriellen / technischen Umfeld Nachweisbare Erfolge bei der Erschließung neuer Märkte und Wachstumspotenziale Führungserfahrung sowie ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, bereichsübergreifend zu steuern Starke analytische und strategische Kompetenz gepaart mit unternehmerischem Denken Souveränes Auftreten sowie Verhandlungsstärke auf Management-Ebene Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Hohe Reisebereitschaft im internationalen Kontext Wir bieten Ihnen 40 Wochenarbeitsstunden mit einem attraktiven Gleitzeitmodell 34 Tage Urlaub unabhängig von der Dauer der Betriebszugehörigkeit 13,81 Monatsgehälter (100 % Weihnachtsgeld sowie 81 % Urlaubsgeld) Aus- und Weiterbildungsprogramme für Mitarbeiter bspw.
