Sales Consultant

Overview

Greenway Nissan of Brunswick is seeking motivated, customer-focused Sales Consultants to join our growing team. Whether you have previous automotive sales experience or a strong background in customer service, we provide the training, support, and tools needed to build a successful career in automotive sales.

As a Sales Consultant, you'll help customers find the right vehicle, deliver an exceptional buying experience, and build long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a welcoming dealership experience
• Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicle options
• Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Generate referrals through exceptional customer service
• Stay current on Nissan products, features, and promotions
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance objectives

Qualifications

Required

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused attitude with a positive and professional demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills
• Stable work history and commitment to professional growth

Preferred

• 1+ year of commission-based sales experience
• Experience in retail sales, automotive sales, hospitality, or customer service
• Negotiation and presentation skills
• Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals
