Room for Growth Openings on First and Second Shift Excellent Benefits 6:00am-2:30pm Job Details Perform precision TIG welding on aluminum components. Set up and operate TIG welding equipment. Fit, tack, weld, and finish fabricated parts to specification. Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy. Work closely with fabrication, production, and quality teams to meet production goals. Qualifications 3+ years of TIG welding experience, with a strong focus on aluminum. Ability to produce clean, cosmetic, and structurally sound welds. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Experience using common fabrication and measuring tools. Preferred Experience Aluminum sheet metal or structural fabrication. Manufacturing or custom fabrication environment. Welding certifications are a plus but not required.
