What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality nursing care in a busy Cath Lab environment, supporting complex cardiac and peripheral vascular procedures
• Circulate, scrub, and monitor during various interventional procedures, including TAVR, MitraClip, and complex diagnostic and therapeutic interventions
• Administer vasoactive drugs, sedation, and assess critical patient conditions
• Support team activities, including pre- and post-procedure patient care
• Operate advanced imaging and hemodynamic equipment, including Philips imaging systems and Merge monitoring systems
• Float between Willis Knighton Pierremont and Bossier facilities, assisting with high-acuity cases
• Participate in weekend rotations and overnight call coverage on a rotating schedule

What You Need

Required:

• Active RN license in Louisiana
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
• At least 3 years of RN experience, with 1.5+ years in Cath Lab procedures
• Ability to scrub, monitor, and circulate during complex cardiovascular interventions
• Valid driver's license for facility float
• Proficiency with sterile technique, critical patient assessment, and advanced vascular procedures

Preferred:

• Experience with Echo, Impella, Rotoblater, IABP, Pnumbra, Laser, Lithotripsy Atherectomy
• ARRT and LSRBTE certification for Xray Tech candidates
• Experience with Merge hemodynamic systems
