Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking a Tax, Trusts & Estates Associate for our client's Florida office. Job Summary The Tax, Trusts & Estates Associate will support a sophisticated practice focused on estate planning, tax strategy, and wealth transfer. This role requires a detail-oriented attorney with strong analytical skills and the ability to advise clients on complex tax and estate planning matters. Key Responsibilities Assist with estate planning, trust administration, and tax-related matters Draft wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents Advise clients on tax-efficient wealth transfer strategies Conduct legal research on tax and estate planning issues Support compliance with federal and state tax regulations Work closely with clients, accountants, and financial advisors Manage multiple matters while meeting deadlines Qualifications Minimum of 3+ years of experience in tax, trusts, and estates law LL.M in Taxation or Estate Planning preferred Active bar admission required Strong academic credentials Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Physical Demands Ability to perform standard office functions, including typing and computer use Regularly required to communicate verbally and in writing Ability to maintain focus and attention to detail for extended periods #J-18808-Ljbffr United Cerebral Palsy of Georgia
