We have over 30 communities throughout Wisconsin, with many more in the works, which means the opportunities are endless and the fun has only just begun.Here's what you'll do:Manage the leasing process from start to finish, identifying the needs of potential residents and addressing those needs to close the leaseDemonstrate an all-inclusive understanding of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and other offerings the community provides while touring prospective residentsFollow-up on phone and internet inquiries from current and prospective residentsUtilize your creativity to assist with outreach marketing and planning of resident events and functionsPrepare lease agreements and maintain records using the most innovative online tools and systemsSchedule:Saturdays 9am - 4pm; 1-2 weekdays a week with availability until 6pm; approximately 20 hours per weekThe FRED Benefit:Work in a high-energy environment where people care about and support one another.
