As you build your knowledge and experience, you'll become a credible advisor, influencing clients and engagement teams on resolutions that will impact entire industries.Skills and attributes for successWorking with clients to drive transformational changes in the way they deliver application testing services in their organizationsManages all activities involved in the end-to-end testing process, including strategy, planning, execution, quality assessment and issue resolutionPrepares and executes the different test levels, monitors the progress, and reports the result of the test execution to relevant stakeholdersPlanning, implementing and quality assurance for large complex testing projects; Define and implementation of Program Test strategy for complex enterprise-wide level initiativesTeaming with business organizations to facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Coaching team members with a goal of fostering an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environmentSharing your knowledge and developing engagement tools and enablers to build capability for the practiceDeveloping client relationships across multiple levels and supporting sales efforts To qualify for the role, you must haveBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance or a related field and approximately 5+ years of relevant work experienceExcellent collaboration and teaming skills in diverse environmentsTechnical competency experience with Test Strategy & Operating Model Development, Testing Center of Excellence/IT Transformation Program Management, Test Automation Framework Architecture, Agile Test Management, User Acceptance Test Coordination, IT Organizational Change Management, Performance Testing Program Management, Customer Relationship Management, Enterprise Resource Planning, Enterprise Data Management, IT Life cycle Management or IT Delivery ManagementWe would expect you to be available to travel outside of your assigned office location up to approximately 50% of the time, plus commute within the region. Successful candidates must work in excess of standard hours when necessary. A valid passport is requiredIdeally, you'll also have7 to 10+ years of experience in a technology organization (preferably in financial services industry) with a focus on test engineeringExperience of leading testing on Life Insurance and Annuities Platform conversion/modernization effortsHands on experience in testing end-to-end Property & Casualty, Life Insurance and Annuities, and/or Finance transformation business flowsDeep understanding and prior experience of software development and QA life cycle processes (including test planning, test case design, execution, defect tracking and reportingKnowledge of one or more of the following tools - Azure DevOps, HP ALM/Quality Center, JIRA, CA Agile Central/RallyExperience in managing test efforts with at least one of Finance Transformation platforms: SAP, Oracle, WorkdayA "go-getter" attitude, passion to constantly learn, improve and perform at the highest level What we look forWe're interested in professionals with a genuine interest to contribute to the growth of the Testing practice. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $142,600 to $261,500. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $171,200 to $297,200. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model.
