I opened my agency in 2014 and currently lead a team of two. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked at State Farm Corporate. I'm also a second-generation State Farm agent (my dad and brother are both agents), so serving customers has always been part of my life. Giving back is important to our agency. ROLE DESCRIPTION

As an Account Associate for Katie Martin - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS
