Customer Service Representative

Position Summary: The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service for all inbound calls. The representative will address all customer, prospect, vendors, business acquaintances and general public questions and concerns. This role is one of solving problems for others quickly, effectively and pleasantly. Year round employment. Competitive Pay, and Benefits starting at $20.00 per hour, or more depending on experience. Monday- Friday some Saturdays in the Spring. Looking for an experienced professional only. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide top notch customer service to potential or existing customers
• Address and resolve all customer questions and complaints within a timely manner
• Work closely with the sales and service departments to ensure that customer inquiries are directed to the appropriate department and personnel
• Answer allotted calls in a high volume, fast paced environment
• Perform A/R duties as required
• Perform data entry and administrative tasks
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required to meet the goals of the department.
• Perform outbound renewal calls as directed.Punctual & consistent reporting to work
• Adherence to all company standards of behavior, policies and procedures.
• Obtain a high level of customer satisfaction & retention.
• All others as assigned.
