Job Description
AC Moate Industries is hiring Parking Lot Sweeper Operators to help keep commercial properties clean, safe, and well-maintained. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently and taking pride in visible results.
Job Duties
- Operate parking lot sweeping equipment
- Clean and maintain parking lots and commercial properties
- Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance on sweeping trucks and equipment
- Complete assigned routes reliably and on schedule
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs as needed
- Work in various weather conditions
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license required
- OSHA 10 required
- Reliable and dependable attendance
- Attention to detail and positive attitude
- Ability to work evening/night shifts
- No experience required — paid training provided
