Lead Product Manager, Risk

Driving the Pay Later risk decisioning roadmap, the full-time Lead Product Manager, Risk will improve risk models, set credit limits and pricing policies, and manage data partnerships while working remotely in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Improve risk models through approval, testing, and rollout processes Set credit limits and pricing policies, including new risk grids and spending power rules Own the bureau data partnership, determining data collection and its integration into models Required Qualifications Deep, hands-on experience in fintech risk, credit, or underwriting with knowledge of the full ML lifecycle Proven record of impacting business metrics on fast-scaling products Strong data fluency, including A/B testing and SQL proficiency Understanding of US consumer finance regulations, with experience in compliance and legal partnerships Ability to navigate ambiguity and make trade-offs between pricing, limits, and credit risk
