Sr Corporate Attorney

The Senior Corporate Attorney will serve as the company’s primary in-house legal resource for commercial contracting, NDA management, legal entity governance, and legal operations hygiene. This role is hands-on and execution-oriented, with heavy contract review volume and close partnership with Finance, Sales, HR, Security, and Executive Leadership. **Primary Responsibilities** **Preferred Skills & Experience** 4-9+ years of relevant legal experience In-house experience at a technology, MSP, SaaS, or services-based company, highly desired Experience in PE-backed or Experience supporting cybersecurity or data privacy matters Ability to manage high contract volume in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with legal entity management and corporate governance * **Expected Compensation: $170,000 to $190,000 Dependent on Experience**Experience reporting into Finance or working closely with CFO organizations At New Charter Technologies, we’re investing in our people – through growth and learning initiatives, employee benefits, company innovation, and more.
