Job Description

As a Project Engineer , you will support the Project Manager and field leadership across all phases of construction delivery, contributing directly to project success.

• Manage Requests for Information, submittals, change management, and project documentation
• Support schedule development, coordination, and progress tracking
• Assist with procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor deliverables
• Maintain organized project logs and digital records for both secure and non‑secure projects
• Participate in site walks, quality control checks, and punch list development
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to resolve issues
• Support estimating activities including takeoffs, bid reviews, and scope analysis

The Successful Applicant

For the Project Engineer role, we are seeking:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering
• Up to 3 years of experience in commercial construction
• Exposure to high‑end office interiors or secure facility projects strongly preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented general contracting environment
• Experience with construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or Microsoft Project
• Interest in secure facility and compliance‑driven environments (prior exposure is a plus)
