Qualifications & Experience:

• Current, valid Occupational Therapist licensure in Michigan
• Previous school-based OT experience strongly preferred
• Skillful in assessing and developing individualized treatment plans for students ages PreK–12
• Ability to manage caseloads, complete evaluations, and maintain records in compliance with all state and federal guidelines
• Excellent collaboration, documentation, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy interventions and services to students in accordance with IEPs and education goals
• Administer assessments, create therapy plans, and participate in IEP meetings to ensure student success
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress in the classroom setting
• Maintain thorough notes and reports on student progress and adapt intervention plans as needed
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource on OT strategies within the school community
