Job Details: Job Location: Milwaukee, WI 53203, Position Type: Full Time Interstate Parking is looking for a General Manager to lead our parking operations in Milwaukee, WI. What You’ll Do Lead Interstate’s business strategy and operations for the Milwaukee Market, with full responsibility for daily operations and client relationships. Drive positive P&L outcomes while ensuring outstanding team member, client, and customer satisfaction. Maintain and nurture all client relationships within the Milwaukee market. Responsible for all operational systems, budget development, and financial reporting. Supervision, coaching, mentoring, and professional development of Milwaukee team members. What We’re Looking For 10+ years of management experience in a client and customer-focused environment such as parking, hospitality, retail, or property management. Proven leadership skills with significant experience managing budgets, delivering high levels of customer satisfaction, developing and maintaining B2B relationships, and creating a world-class work environment. Strong team building and customer service skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field. Tech-savvy mindset.
