Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations of the case management department, including staffing, budgeting, and quality assurance. - Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans for patients. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of case management programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal outcomes. - Provide leadership and guidance to case management staff, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment. - Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards related to case management. - Participate in the recruitment, hiring, and training of case management staff. - Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including insurance companies, community resources, and other healthcare facilities. - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in case management. Qualifications: - Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing or related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in case management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. - Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
