Details Med Surg 3 unit setting Day shift, 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week (36 hours/week) EPIC charting system used May be required to float to other departments within scope of competency and qualifications May be required to be placed on-call during a regularly scheduled shift Requirements Active RN license in CO or compact required BLS certification through American Heart Association required, must not expire prior to start ACLS, NRP, or PALS certification required as appropriate for the unit Minimum 1 year of experience in telemetry/specialty required ASN required; BSN preferred DOB and last 4 digits of SSN required for consideration Additional Information Perform independent nursing functions and delegated medical duties per state Board of Nursing standards Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient nursing care Conduct health teaching, counseling, and therapeutic/restorative treatment Document care in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines Refer patients for further evaluation or treatment as needed Monitor and review therapy and treatment plans Permanent staff must be separated from any Intermountain facility for at least one year before being eligible for a travel assignment American Traveler Job ID P-749431.
