Quality Team Leader

Custom Staffing is looking for a supervisor that is dedicated to excellence, continual improvement, and customer satisfaction in all they do. Location Location: Lima, OH Schedule Schedule: Day Shift - varying hours Pay Rate Pay Rate: $17.50 Position Summary Oversee and support a team of 5-10 employees depending on the workload. Job Requirements Train employees on basic visual inspections and measurement inspections Ensure quality standards are met by auditing jobs and inspections Review work to confirm procedures are followed correctly Send and respond to basic emails Communicate job details and quality issues with customers Work hands-on inspecting parts on the plant floor and work areas Identify, define, and report all material or quality issues Perform other duties as assigned Minimum Requirements Strong written and verbal communication skills Reliable transportation Ability to detect and recognize nonidentical parts Ability to follow directions carefully and work independently Comfortable working with minimal supervision and as part of a team Physical Requirement Fast-paced manufacturing and plant floor settings May involve exposure to heat, humidity, noise Standing for extended periods and lifting materials may be required Afternoon Shift #J-18808-Ljbffr Custom Staffing
