Provide clinical oversight, mentorship, and documentation approval for pre-licensed clinicians, interns, case managers, and peer staff. Ensure all services align with internal quality metrics, state regulatory frameworks, and ethical guidelines. Support onboarding, deliver ongoing clinical feedback, and facilitate case consultations. Serve as the point person for operational and clinical decision-making during assigned hours. Program Oversight & Crisis Response Assist with walk-in triage, crisis de-escalation, and stabilization during high-volume periods. Partner with psychiatric providers and multidisciplinary teams to manage complex treatment plans. Guide staff on level-of-care recommendations, emergency referrals, and linkages to community resources. Quality & Documentation Ensure timely, accurate EHR documentation that complies with HIPAA and behavioral health regulations. Collaborate with leadership on quality improvement initiatives and clinical workflow updates. Minimum Education and Experience Qualification Requirements: Active Arizona LCSW license in good standing LPC/LCSW (Required) Master’s degree in Social Work or related behavioral health field (5+ years) Experience providing behavioral health services to adults Experience supervising or mentoring clinical staff, interns, or multidisciplinary teams Strong clinical assessment, crisis intervention, and decision-making skills Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced behavioral health environment Strong communication and leadership skills Schedule/ Shift: Friday through Tuesday, 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (Wednesday & Thursday off). No on-call requirement.
