Student Success Coach - ABA Program - August Start

Join Our Team as a Student Success Coach! Are you passionate about helping students succeed academically and behaviorally? Do you have experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of students with special needs? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join Teachwell Solutions in Sioux Falls, SD as a Student Success Coach with our Prosper Program. This job follows a traditional school calendar with summers and school holidays off. Start date is August, 2026. Job Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one or small group coaching to students with special needs to improve academic performance and behavior. Implement ABA techniques and interventions to support students in achieving their personal and academic goals. Assist teachers, Board Certified Behavioral Analysts and other educational professionals with implementation of individualized learning plans for students. Monitor student progress and adjust coaching strategies as needed to maximize student success. Provide ongoing support and guidance to students in developing social skills, emotional regulation, and self-advocacy. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, special education, or related field. Experience working with students with special needs, particularly those with autism spectrum disorders. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
