Driving the technical design and implementation of critical AI features, the full-time Software Engineer - AI will lead feature architecture and ensure high-quality product delivery while collaborating cross-functionally and mentoring team members, with the option for remote work in the US. Key responsibilities Lead the technical vision and design of high-impact AI features across Windows and Android applications Architect and deliver robust, scalable capabilities using core UI frameworks to accelerate feature rollout Uphold engineering standards and mentor team members to foster innovation and continuous improvement Required qualifications 5+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of leading technical design for complex application features Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline Strong experience in building multi-platform features using frameworks like React Native, Flutter, or Kotlin Multiplatform Experience in either Android (Kotlin) or Windows (C#, WinUI, or WPF) application lifecycles Proven ability to architect complex features balancing code reuse with native-level performance
