Senior Business Immigration Analyst (Experienced Paralegal)

About the Role Fragomen’s Senior Business Immigration Analyst position provides an opportunity to make an immediate impact on our business, while receiving training, development, and long‑term growth opportunities. The role focuses on delivering world‑class client service and leveraging industry‑leading technology solutions. Responsibilities Develop knowledge of the firm, various immigration case types, and client processes. Prepare and file immigration petitions with government agencies, including gathering documents, reviewing, drafting, and filing case paperwork. Communicate with foreign nationals and client contacts, providing clear and prompt responses regarding case status or general inquiries. Meet assigned deadlines that adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and report case progress, status, and escalations to the supervisor. Compile and summarize large quantities of data within case‑management systems for reporting to clients, managers, and the team. Contribute to team and individual productivity goals. Follow documented firm standards and policies to mitigate risk and ensure regulatory, operational, and client compliance (including Data Privacy protocols and accurate use of Connect). Demonstrate flexibility and initiative. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree, Paralegal certification, or equivalent experience in a customer‑facing or client‑service role. At least 1–2 years of business immigration experience (e.g., paralegal). Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to proofread documents and draft fluent prose without AI assistance. Experience using MS Word and Excel. Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and appropriately escalate case issues to a supervisor. Desire to contribute to a positive work environment, collaborate effectively, and promote teamwork.
