At Ferraro Foods, our Warehouse Supervisors play a key role in leading the team, managing workflow, and keeping product moving so our customers across the food industry get what they need, when they need it.

We’re looking for a Warehouse Supervisor who is a strong leader, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in driving performance and supporting their team.

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order selection, and shipping
• Lead, coach, and support warehouse associates to drive productivity, accuracy, and performance
• Manage staffing, workflow, and shift priorities to meet operational demands
• Monitor employee performance and hold team members accountable to expectations
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and OSHA requirements
• Support inventory processes, including product rotation, cycle counts, and warehouse organization
• Oversee the safe operation and proper use of warehouse equipment
• Communicate daily updates, operational issues, and performance results to leadership
• Step in and support warehouse operations as needed to keep the shift running smoothly

• Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing operational needs
• Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment, including refrigerated and freezer areas
• Ability to lift and move up to 80 lbs. as needed
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and accountability

• Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 5:00 PM until finish
• Compensation: $70,000–$75,000 annually
• Job Type: Full-time, exempt/salaried
• Environment: Multi-temperature warehouse, including refrigerated and freezer areas
• Equipment: Forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and warehouse systems
