Senior LIHTC Development & Acquisition Lead

SCI is actively seeking a Senior Project Development Manager to drive LIHTC acquisition–rehab and 4% preservation deals for a national affordable housing platform. You will source, underwrite, structure, and close complex transactions with direct exposure to the full capital stack. The role supports a high-volume pipeline across CA, TX and other states, with flexibility for remote work.
