Location: Pittsburg, PA
Salary: $125,000 - $175,000 (Based on Experience)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead on-site operations for multi-family ground-up construction projects. The Commercial Superintendent will be responsible for day-to-day field supervision, safety and quality control, schedule and budget adherence, and coordination with project management.

Key Responsibilities

• L ead on-site construction activities for ground-up multifamily, mixed-use, and market-rate residential developments, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to project specifications.
• Supervise subcontractors, trade partners, vendors, and field personnel; enforce quality standards, jobsite safety, and community-conscious site operations.
• Manage project schedules, unit turnover milestones, and critical path activities to support timely project delivery and lease-up objectives.
• Partner with Project Managers and Owners on budgets, change orders, cost control, value engineering, and risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support preconstruction efforts through site logistics planning, constructability reviews, scope coordination, bid package evaluations, and schedule development.
• Coordinate all structural, architectural, and MEP trades, ensuring seamless integration across apartment units, amenity spaces, parking structures, and common areas.
• Oversee building envelope, interior finishes, punch-list completion, unit readiness, and turnover processes to meet occupancy and quality goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Superintendent or Field Superintendent experience on  multi-family projects
• Proven experience as a Senior Superintendent or Project Superintendent preferred.
• Strong estimating and preconstruction experience ability to perform take-offs, review bids, prepare input for proposals and support estimating teams.
• Demonstrated knowledge of scheduling tools, construction sequencing, and project controls; experience with cost tracking and budget management.
