Warehouse Associate Shipping & Distribution

Join the Eclisse USA Team! Eclisse USA is seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Associate to join our growing distribution team. This position is responsible for packaging and shipping premium Italian pocket door frame systems and related components to customers throughout the United States. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, works well independently, and enjoys being part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Package Italian pocket door frame systems and related components for shipment via FedEx, UPS, and LTL freight carriers.
• Build and prepare palletized orders for shipment to distributors, dealers, and customers across the United States.
• Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Read work orders and accurately pick, package, and prepare customer orders.
• Measure materials accurately using a tape measure.
• Inspect products prior to shipment to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
• Assist with receiving inbound shipments and organizing inventory.
• Work independently while also collaborating effectively with other warehouse team members.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift operating experience required with a strong emphasis on safety.
• Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds throughout the workday.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting pay: $23 $25 per hour, depending on experience.
• 12 paid vacation days after completing one year of employment.
• 3 paid sick days after successfully completing the first 90 days of employment.
