Housekeeper Wanted - Full Time House Manager/Keeper Needed - 5 Days A Week 6 8 Hrs Per Day Not Just Cleaning $20 25+ Or Fixed.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• General cleaning, tidying, and keeping the home consistently presentable
• Organizing and inventorying household areas — pantry, closets, bathrooms, kitchen, linens, and supplies and maintaining the systems that keep them that way
• Laundry, light meal prep, and general kitchen upkeep
• Picking up our 11-year-old son, Donovan, from school and helping him get started on (and through) his homework
• Light afternoon supervision and a friendly presence for Donovan
• Care and feeding for our two cats and dog
• Serving as a point of contact for contractors during ongoing home renovations — letting workers in, monitoring progress, relaying updates to us, and helping keep communication clear and projects on track

Anticipating what the home needs and helping keep things moving The ideal candidate:

• Has prior experience as a housekeeper, house manager, nanny-housekeeper, or in a similar household role
• Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoys creating order
• Brings a positive, can-do attitude and sound judgment
• Is trustworthy, punctual, and dependable
• Is comfortable and patient with children and pets
• Communicates clearly and professionally — with us and with contractors
• Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Is flexible and adapts well to the changing rhythms of a busy household

Schedule: 4–5 days per week, up to 40 hours, based on availability. Pay: $20–25/hour or fixed amount monthly, depending on experience. Requirements: Background check and professional references required. Must be comfortable with two cats and a dog in the home.
