This role is integral to our business operations and will play a key role in the successful execution of our commercial landscape . The Permanent Estimator will be responsible for preparing and coordinating complete estimates for our projects, including analyzing bid documents and specifications, evaluating subcontractor proposals, and interfacing with clients and other construction professionals. 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Health savings account Paid time off Referral program Job Details Responsibilities: 1. Analyze and interpret complex construction drawings and specifications to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates. Prepare detailed project proposals and bids for submission to clients. Evaluate commercial construction costs and conduct risk analysis. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to gather pricing information. Track and manage project deadlines to ensure timely completion of estimates. Participate in project meetings and provide updates on estimate progress. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. Strong knowledge of commercial construction costs and principles. Proficiency in using estimating software and advanced Excel skills. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
