Job DescriptionCollege Graduate – Rotational Engineering Program (REP) – start date of July 2027 in Andover, MA or Hudson, NH. Mercury Systems is seeking a recent college graduate to join our Rotational Engineering Program (REP), a dynamic opportunity to develop cutting-edge technology that supports the American Warfighter. As a Component REP Engineer, you’ll join a collaborative team focused on parts engineering, and reliability. Job Responsibilities: Perform component reviews, analysis, and assessment against program compliance requirements for space and military programs. Collaborate closely with Electrical Engineers to support the design/development process with component knowledge and selection. Perform various component level obsolescence analysis to identify components going end-of-life (EOL) well in advance to ensure continuity of production. Review component drawings and associated verification data packages. Perform alternate part investigations and generate comparison matrices showing the differences and similarities of the parts Interface with multiple internal stakeholders and external suppliers/manufacturers to develop component risk and verification delineation. Facilitate component selection and libraries application through the coordination and generation of the program Bill of Material (BOM) in a collaboration toolset Create, revise, and submit NSPARs for customer review and approval supporting component screening and qualification plans. Develop and maintain appropriate reports, databases and PMP meeting agendas and minutes. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or manufacturing engineering obtained May 2026 and June 2027.A minimum GPA of 3.1 is required. You will be asked to submit your transcripts during the application processPrior Co-Op or internship experienceFamiliarity with electrical components and characteristicsKnowledge of electrical circuit designKnowledge of component data sheetsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the MS Office SuiteExperience presenting technical information to technical and non-technical stakeholdersAbility to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven environmentAbility to quickly learn new tools, technologies, or engineering conceptsThis position requires you to be able to obtain a government security clearance. Security clearances may only be granted to U.S. Citizens.
